Meet: Tim Fieber, Wilmot Location Manager/Sales Agronomist

“Working with a great group of growers in this area makes it easy coming to work.” Tim Fieber, Wilmot Location Manager/Sales Agronomist, has been with Full Circle Ag since 2016 when the Wilmot location was built.

Growing up in Goodwin, SD on a dairy farm, Tim has been involved in the farming industry since day one. He really enjoyed the agronomy aspect of the farm, so he decided to further his education in agronomy. He received an Associates Degree at Lake Area Tech in Ag Business and a Bachelor’s Degree in Agronomy from SDSU.

When Tim is not at work, his two daughters keep him on his toes. They love to go fishing together – as long as Dad baits the hook. In addition to fishing, Tim enjoys spending time hunting as well.

Tim values the close relationships he has developed with his customers and always puts their needs first. “What inspires me is the fact that I get to work with a lot of growers which turns into a lot of really good friendships at the same time.”

Eric Paulson, COO, is grateful to have Tim on our team, “Tim is one of the most customer-focused salesman I have ever had the pleasure to work with. His focus to continue improving the customer experience at Full Circle Ag is second to none. Wilmot Agronomy is one of our newest agronomy facilities and Tim has done a great job continuing to build the business over the past 5 years with his number one goal of working to improve our member-owners’ bottom line while recommending products that will provide the best ROI back to their individual farms. Tim is a great asset to have on the Full Circle Ag team.”
