Meet: Missy Grandpre, Project Coordinator

Missy Grandpre, who has been with the company for 14 years, has recently moved to a new role: Project Coordinator. She started working for Full Circle Ag/Hurley & Associates in October of 2006 as a Marketing Assistant in Groton.  In April of 2009, Missy switched over to the agronomy department and took the position of Agronomy Bookkeeper. Most recently, she has moved to the role of Project Coordinator where she implements and administers new projects and programs within the company. She also handles our company-wide asset tracking as well as licensing for the company.

When it comes to motivation, Missy strongly believes in the importance of simplicity and working smarter, not harder. “At the end of the day, I just want to make things easier and more efficient for both our employees and our member owners.” With over 19 years of experience in the bookkeeping world, Missy is the definition of efficiency. She is the first person to help a co-worker or a customer and always does her best to share her knowledge with others.

Hope Christenson, CFO, states, “Missy is a great asset to Full Circle Ag and we appreciate all that she does! She’s knowledgeable in many areas, including our software system and brings several years of experience to the team.  Missy is always willing to help anyone; whether that be our member owners, her colleagues, or outside vendors.  Full Circle Ag is grateful for Missy’s dedication and commitment to success!”

Missy has two daughters and spends most of her free time following them to their numerous sporting and school events. She also enjoys a little down time during the summer months camping at the lake.
