Meet Lance Frohling: Key Account Manager

Lance Frohling, who has been with Full Circle Ag for over 15 years, has recently moved to a new role: Key Account Manager. He started in his new position in August. In addition to his current role, he will also be assisting in promoting our AGP direct ship program. Lance had been the Groton Agronomy location manager for 10 years. Prior to that, he managed our Doland Agronomy location. Lance also has an A.A.S. Degree in Ag Business from Lake Area Tech.

“I truly enjoy building relationships with growers and working with them to help maximize their opportunities.” While building relationships with growers has been one of Lance’s main priorities, he has an immense amount of experience with maximizing opportunities for both the grower, as well as the cooperative. “Lance is one of the most personable individuals I have ever meet.  He constantly looks for ways to engage individuals and make them part of the situation or solution.  He is a great team member who always has our member’s success in mind when providing solutions.” Jeff Thaler, CEO

What inspires Lance? Ability, motivation, and attitude: “Ability is what you are capable of doing. Motivation determines what you do. Attitude determines how well you do it.” If you have ever met Lance, you know he’s full of motivation and has a positive attitude when it comes to working as a team.

In his spare time, Lance enjoys golfing, sporting events, and spending time with his family and friends.
We are honored to have Lance as a part of our team for many years here at Full Circle Ag.
