Wieker New Hecla Location Manager

Sep 14, 2021

We are excited to share the news that Brady Wieker has accepted the position of Hecla Agronomy Location Manager for us here at Full Circle Ag.

You might recognize his face as Brady has been with the co-op full time for nearly two years – previously a Sales Agronomist at our Pierpont location after interning with us during his college years.

Brady is an SDSU graduate with a B.S. in Plant Science and minor in Ag Business. He has always been an employee that puts in more effort to ensure the job is done correctly. “Growing up, I lived on a farm where there was always work to be done and, in this business, you only accomplish what you put your mind to. There is plenty of work to be done and people to meet with. I have been raised with the mindset that if there is something to be done – you do it.”

His experience as a Sales Agronomist has given him a grower first mindset. Brady comments, “I won’t sell products I don’t truly believe in, and I will always try to do what is right to get our growers the best return on investment that I can.” Growing up on a farm, Brady knows firsthand the importance of ROI.

Eric Paulson, COO, comments, “A few characteristics we see highlight Brady to the fullest are his strong desire to learn, a positive and upbeat personality, and an overall strength to succeed. We, at Full Circle Ag, are excited to see what Brady brings with his leadership to our Hecla Agronomy location and are proud to have him as part of our management team going into the future!”

In his spare time, Brady enjoys hunting, fishing, going to the lake, or just socializing with friends around the area. When it comes down to his real passion besides agriculture, you’ll hear him talking about snowmobiling in the mountains.

If you see Brady, be sure to help us congratulate him on his new opportunity!
