October is National Co-Op Month,

and what better way to celebrate it than mother nature providing us with beautiful weather to complete harvest and begin the fall input season in preparation for 2021. As an agriculture cooperative, our job is to meet and exceed our member-owner’s expectations at the highest level while delivering a valuable product that is competitive in the marketplace. Each day, we are given the opportunity to listen and work together with our producers to ensure future success for your individual farms as well as our cooperative. The overall model of Full Circle Ag, among other cooperatives throughout the world, is unique in that each individual purchase of inputs or sale of your grain is an investment into a business that you and your neighbors own. This allows us the ability to become more efficient and better serve your farm’s needs and increase profitability in the years to come.

At Full Circle Ag, we strive to operate our business around six core values: Honesty and Integrity, Leadership, Teamwork, Tenacity, Continuous Learning, and Safety. Depending on the time of year, the various core values stand out over one another. As we continue into fall work and battle the race against Mother Nature before winter sets in, two core values that stick out are ‘Tenacity’ and ‘Teamwork’. Producers and Full Circle Ag employees face many uncontrollable challenges throughout the fall. We each have a plan going into the season, but more importantly, we have the ability to adapt on the go, together, as a team of producers and employees, determined to get the task at hand done effectively. It takes a large team day in and day out to successfully finish harvest and prepare the ground for next year’s growing season and our Full Circle Ag team is excited to work with you every step of the way.

There is no doubt this last year has presented many challenges outside of Mother Nature, COVID-19 being the major one. With challenges come new opportunities and the ability to capitalize on the changing market. In an era where efficiency is more important than ever, our team has been busy the last half of the summer preparing our full lineup of products and services to meet your needs and we look forward to analyzing the results of 2020 with you and learning together how we can continue to build additional success in 2021. I wish you a safe and bountiful harvest and thank you for the opportunity to earn your business, but most importantly, thank you for being a member of Full Circle Ag Cooperative.
