Strategic Consolidation of Gwinner Location

At Full Circle Ag, every decision we make begins with one question: What is in the best long-term interest of our member-owners?

After careful evaluation, we have made the decision to consolidate operations at our Gwinner location. While decisions like this are never easy, they are necessary to ensure we remain financially strong and well-positioned to serve our members for years to come.

As a farmer-owned cooperative, we have a responsibility to be good stewards of our member-owners' investment. With our Gwinner and Forman locations located just 10 miles apart, operating two agronomy facilities in such close proximity is no longer the most efficient use of cooperative resources. By consolidating, we can reduce unnecessary costs while continuing to provide the exceptional service our customers expect.

As we consolidate with our Forman Agronomy location, we'll streamline our agronomy services while utilizing our nearby fertilizer facilities to continue providing the dependable, timely service our member-owners expect.

Our commitment to serving growers in the Gwinner area remains unchanged.

While we may be vacating the facility, we are not vacating our customers. Our Trusted Advisors remain committed to supporting our member-owners and delivering the high level of service they deserve.

We recognize that we have experienced several changes as of recently. From investing in new facilities and technology to improving our operations and now strategically consolidating locations, we understand that change isn't always easy.

However, we believe it's better to make thoughtful, proactive decisions today than to wait until difficult decisions are made for us. Every investment we make, and every expense we eliminate, is done with one goal in mind: ensuring Full Circle Ag remains a strong, financially healthy cooperative for future generations.

We don't take decisions like this lightly. Our communities, employees, and member-owners mean everything to us. Being financially responsible sometimes means making difficult choices that strengthen the cooperative as a whole.

The Gwinner location will remain open through August 31 to provide member-owners with ample opportunity to conduct business and ensure a smooth transition of services.
