Roehr Celebrates 25 Years

Jan 31, 2022

Hard work and loyalty are gifts not everyone possesses. But Karen Roehr has it, and we are glad to have someone like her working on our team.

In 2021, Karen reached 25 years of employment with Full Circle Ag. She is a part-time employee of our Cenex c-store and takes care of cleaning multiple FCA locations within Britton. In addition to working for Full Circle Ag, Karen runs a full-time daycare and preschool, a career in which she has done for 37 years. Chances are, if you live in Britton, you’ve either been to Karen’s or you know several people who have! She is such a blessing to our community and it’s an honor to have her on our team.

Lynda Luttrell comments, “For a number of years, people would come to the c-store on Saturday mornings strictly to have Karen make them breakfast. You will always see her racing through the store, waiting on customers for breakfast, or taking care of a customer at the till. I know everyone that has come into the store would agree with me in saying that having Karen work at the c-store for 25+ years has been a pleasure.”

Karen is married with three children and six grandchildren that she loves to spend her spare time with. She also enjoys golfing with her friends in the summer, along with the ice-cold beverages that go along with it. You’ll also catch her in the stands at most any extracurricular activity as she is an avid Britton-Hecla Braves fan.

A fun fact about Karen is that she has been involved in Full Circle Ag her whole life. Her father was one of the first board members back when the company began, and she has many memories of going into the co-op with her dad when she was younger. “I like to help our patrons and do my best to assist their needs. With the many changes over time, I love visiting with the patrons and I love cooking for them as well.”

Please help us in congratulating Karen on her truly admirable accomplishment with the company. We are so proud to have you as a part of our work family and look forward to seeing your top-notch customer service skills continue to thrive.
