When it comes to keeping equipment in the field and avoiding costly downtime, having the right maintenance program and warranty coverage can make all the difference. We recently had the opportunity to present a Cenex Total Protection Plan® Warranty claim payment of $17,948 to one of our member-owners, Tony Scarborough.
Tony has enrolled equipment in the program for years and recently experienced his first claim. He credits the ease of enrollment, regular maintenance, and oil analysis for helping keep his operation running smoothly. Tony noted that he has had 15 warranties overall, with six units currently enrolled in the plan, and has been pleased with both the program and the support provided by Full Circle Ag.
"We are committed to our maintenance program, and it hasn't let us down," Tony said. He also shared that regular LubeScan® oil analysis has helped identify potential issues before they became major problems, allowing repairs to be addressed early, significantly reducing downtime.
