Meet: Ryan Kutter, Groton Agronomy Location Manager
If you’re looking for someone with over 20 years of experience in agronomy product application, you’ve come to the right place. Ryan Kutter, who has been with Full Circle Ag for over 12 years, moved to the new role of Groton Agronomy Location Manager in August of 2020. Prior to his management position, Kutter had been a Custom Applicator for the company.
Eric Paulson, our Chief Operating Officer, comments, “Ryan has worked his way up through operations and now leads our Groton Agronomy Location as the Manager. Ryan has a great amount of knowledge and experience within the Full Circle Ag organization and continues to find ways to always exceed customer expectations. He is willing to assist any member of our team regardless of the job and he is always looking to take on new challenges. We are very excited to have Ryan working within the Cooperative and look forward to where he takes Groton Agronomy into the future!”
Most people in the Groton community probably recognize this face as Ryan is on the Groton Fire Department and really enjoys helping the community. He goes by the motto, “Do onto others as you wish them to do unto you” and lives by that, day in and day out. Lance Frohling, our Key Account Manager, fully agrees: “Kutter is the kind of guy that always makes sure the job gets done right and efficiently. He’s also a great dad! He does a lot with his kids and really enjoys going to all their sporting events.”
