Meet the Team: Rebecca Deibert

Aug 17, 2021

Meet: Rebecca Deibert, Groton Agronomy Bookkeeper

Rebecca Deibert has been our Groton Agronomy Bookkeeper for nearly a year and has been a great addition to the company. Not only does Rebecca help with agronomy bookkeeping, but she also helps with our energy division invoicing as well, working closely with Jim Lefor and Cory Feist.

Over the years, Rebecca has served on several committees including the Supervisory Committee at the local Credit Union, Director for South Dakota State Fire Fighter Auxiliary, as well as many volunteer hours spent helping around the area. Rebecca is always more than willing to help when needed and never hesitates to ask for help to ensure the job gets done correctly. Living by a rule taught at a very young age, Rebecca truly believes in treating others the way you want to be treated and, “…always, always use your manners!” If you have met Rebecca, you know she lives by those words.

Rebecca stays busy with her two daughters, ages 19 and 14, as well as a 9-year-old stepson. She loves to spend time at the farm taking care of the cattle and goats. “Busy” is an understatement as Rebecca is also getting ready to marry her best friend in just a few short months!

“I enjoy meeting the growers when they come in the office.” Being new to the fertilizer and chemical world, Rebecca is never short a smile when a grower walks in the door. “I try to answer their questions the best I can. If not, I find the right person to help.”

Having been with Full Circle Ag for the time she has, Missy Grandpre, co-worker, is very thankful she has come aboard, “Rebecca has been a great addition to the Groton team. Her attention to detail and willingness to learn makes her a considerable asset to Full Circle Ag.”

If you haven’t had a chance, be sure to stop into Groton to tell Rebecca thanks for all she does!
