Meet the Team: Melissa Remund

“Farming is a daily responsibility of learning, owning, managing, operating, educating, and maintaining, while keeping faith, supporting family, and enjoying friends. While working at Full Circle Ag, I hope to help each grower make these tasks easier.” – Melissa Remund

Meet: Melissa Remund, Wilmot Agronomy Operations/Bookkeeper

If you’ve ever met Melissa Remund from our Wilmot location, you know she stands true to those words. She has been with us for one year and has been a true asset to the company. Whether she’s on the forklift moving chemical in the shop or helping a grower with his invoices, Melissa is a woman of many talents, and we are very fortunate to have her on our team.

Melissa grew up on a farm with 4 older sisters. She was raised locally by two small towns: one for school and the other for church. She had a lot of support and education growing up and is truly thankful for that. On top of having 30 years of experience in farm accounting, she is going on her fourth year of driving school bus and has been working with legal accounts for 11 years.

You might wonder how she got roped into working for Full Circle Ag, but the story is pretty simple. Her husband came home one night and said, “Tim across the road could use your help.” And we’ve been lucky enough to have Melissa on our team ever since. Tim Fieber, Wilmot Location Manager, comments, “She’s a really hard worker and is always looking for something to do. She’s the first one to jump in and help out when needed.”

Fun Fact: This spring, Melissa won an award for having the cleanest office/warehouse within the entire company.

In her spare time, Melissa enjoys doing projects at home, serving, following her youngest in school activities, and of course seeing her grandchildren every chance she can get. Her favorite inspirational quote is no surprise to her personality, “Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them for the Lord your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you.” Deuteronomy 31:6.

If you happen to see Melissa, tell her thanks for all she does!
