Meet the Team: Jack Hagen

We are excited to welcome Jack Hagen, Pierpont Sales Agronomist, to the team here at Full Circle Ag!

Growing up on a small family farm in Ayr, ND, Jack has been immersed in agriculture from an early age. With a degree in Crop and Weed Sciences from North Dakota State University, he built a strong foundation in agronomy while actively participating in ag organizations like the AGR Fraternity and Saddle & Sirloin Club.

All of Jack’s hands-on experience comes from working alongside his dad on the family farm—serving as the farm’s go-to agronomist long before stepping into a professional role. Now, he is excited to connect with local farmers, applying both academic knowledge and real-world experience to help them maximize their return on investment.

Outside of work, Jack is an avid snowmobiler, weightlifter, cook, and hunter. Recently, he has taken up collecting vinyl.

We’re excited to see Jack build strong connections with our Pierpont-area farmers and provide valuable agronomic expertise to help them succeed!
