Meet: Delbert Remily, Doland Agronomy Location Manager
“I like the fact that every day is a new challenge.” Delbert Remily, who has been with the co-op for 28 years, is not afraid of hard work. Growing up on a farm south of Doland, Delbert has been involved in agriculture his entire life. He has been the Doland Location Manager since 2010.
Customer satisfaction is extremely important to Delbert. In fact, it is what motivates him to contribute to a positive and successful grower experience. “I do whatever I can to keep the growers satisfied.” Anyone who knows Delbert knows he takes pride in his work and is constantly looking for ways to learn and grow through any challenge the job throws at him.

He leads by example and will never ask anyone to do a job that he is not willing to do himself. Delbert’s long-term commitment to our cooperative is a true value to the member-owners we serve.”
Delbert has been married to his wife, Lori, for 36 years. They have three children and ten grandchildren. He enjoys spending time with his family and friends and really enjoys watching NASCAR.
