Jim Pearson Receives Full Circle Standout Award

Jul 10, 2023

Congratulations to Jim Pearson for receiving the Full Circle Standout Award!

Full Circle Standout is a quarterly award program where our employees are nominated by their co-workers. The nominee must display integrity and embody the core values that align with Full Circle Ag, which include:
·         Honesty and Integrity
·         Leadership
·         Teamwork
·         Tenacity
·         Continuous Learning
·         Safety

Jim works at our Britton agronomy location and has been with the company for 19 years. Here are a few things Jim’s co-worker had to say about him:

“Jim does an excellent job with his seed sales and his organizational skills in our seed warehouse. He is always pitching in and is the first one to help on any project. Jim is very good with our patrons and takes care of their needs in a way that is best for their operation. He spends many hours in the winter months building fertilizer maps and fertilizer and seed recommendations for our customers.”

Congratulations again to Jim Pearson for receiving the Full Circle Standout Award!
