Jayden Hajek Receives Full Circle Standout Award

Congratulations to Jayden Hajek for receiving the Full Circle Standout Award!

Full Circle Standout is a quarterly award program where our employees are nominated by their co-workers. The nominee must display integrity and embody the core values that align with Full Circle Ag, which include:

Jayden works in Grain Operations at the Forman Elevator and has been with the company for over 2 years.

"Jayden is young and may not have been with Full Circle Ag for many years…….yet. However, he has come such a long way from his first day here.  To begin with, Jayden may seem like a young quiet ‘kid’, however as a team member here at the elevator, Jayden is becoming a leader.  In his couple of years here, he is quickly becoming more and more knowledgeable about the operations of the elevator. Which in this business, or in any business is vital.  It is vital to have those people who know things inside and out; those people who know what to do and how to fix the issue at hand; those people who are willing to find out and work to fix an issue or get something done, even if they don’t know or haven’t done it before."

"Jayden has become a go-to person with any and all questions, tasks and issues that may arise on a day to day basis. It is apparent that the entire team trusts Jayden, when he has a plan or wants to get something done.  We all ask him questions, and he either answers them with confidence, because he knows the answer or finds out the answer for you.  Jayden is willing to step in and help out with anything!  He has helped cover the truck probing when needed, he will help do the little things when they break or maintenance is needed."
