Honored with the 2024 STAR Store Award

We are thrilled to announce that we have earned the 2024 Cenex STAR Store Award!
This prestigious distinction reflects a 100% overall score on the 2024 RED (Retail Excellence Daily) Site Assessment Program. The program, designed to ensure brand integrity and an exceptional customer experience, involves two annual audits conducted by CHS:

• Lighting Audit: Evaluates exterior lighting.

• Brand Standard Audit: Assesses compliance with brand standards and overall site conditions (only possible after passing the Lighting Audit).

How the Program Works:
CHS partners with a third-party vendor to deploy Mystery Shoppers who evaluate each location. These Mystery Shoppers examine both the interior and exterior of the store, document their findings with photos, and assess employee performance. The evaluations are unannounced, so our store must consistently maintain top standards.
Achieving STAR Status:
Only locations that achieve a perfect 100% score earn the coveted Cenex STAR Store distinction, and we are incredibly proud to be one of them!
