Last week, Justin Ostby, Grain Division Manager, and Kali Colbert, Grain Procurement Specialist, completed Northern Crops Institute's Grain Industry Emerging Leader Program: Management Vs. Leadership.
They learned a lot about megatrends in agriculture, strategic thinking, managerial finance, and cultivating engagement as a leader. This was part 2 of the program, with the first part capitalizing on ‘Merchandising to Leadership.’
