As part of this launch, you may begin receiving communications from us via email and text—for things like payment confirmations, order updates, and account alerts.

We want to assure you that these messages are legitimate and secure. That said, we also know how important it is to stay cautious online. So here’s what you can expect from us—and what you won’t see:

What we will do:

  • Send you email or text notifications about your account activity (e.g., invoice paid, order confirmation, etc.)

  • Clearly identify ourselves in all communications

What we won’t do:

  • Ask for your banking information or passwords via email or text

  • Send links requesting wire transfers or urgent payments

  • Threaten account suspension or penalties if you don’t act immediately
