Are You Ready?

Oct 30, 2019

We're coming up on that time of year where the white stuff starts falling from the sky. That also means we are approaching heating season. Our #1 priority is to keep our customers and our employees safe; therefore, we just ask a few things for you to remember this propane season:

  1. Please keep a clear path to your tank. If we cannot safely get to your tank, you may not get a fill.
  2. Please allow at least 48 hours for delivery. Allowing 48 hours allows our drivers to properly schedule you into their delivery routes.
  3. **Please check your tank's percentage level regularly. Checking your tank level will ensure you do not run out before ordering a fill. This will allow our drivers adequate time to get you on their route, especially prior to holidays and storms.
  4. Please keep the top of your tank cleaned off. Keeping your tank cleaned off helps prevent the regulators from freezing, along with any other possible damage from the cold weather.

We ask these things to keep all our customers and their families safe and warm during this season.
Thank you for your continued business and have a wonderful winter!
