Two Complete Elite Foundation Program

Mar 18, 2020

Casey Erickson and John Beaner complete the Elite Foundation Program put together by WinField United.

The Elite Foundation training is a program designed for people new to the role of sales agronomy. It is a four-part training put together by WinField United in South Dakota that consists of in-field training on crop protection, plant nutrition, and seed placement. Along with the in-field training, classroom training on agronomy topics such as weed management and building fertilizer recommendations, as well as soft-skill training in communication and organization are all featured to help new sales agronomists be successful in their career.

Agronomists are recognized for completing the program at the conclusion of the fourth session, and agronomists who have participated in at least 3 sessions are recognized for their commitment to advancing their career in agronomy.

Here's what they had to say about the program:

Casey
"I really enjoyed the networking aspect and being able to learn more about agronomics and product benefits."

John
"Being out of the industry for a few years, it has been nice to get caught back up on the latest in the agronomy industry."

Congratulations to Casey Erickson and John Beaner for completing the Elite Foundation Program!
