November Leadership Updates

Tammy Satrang, CFO/Credit Manager

Full Circle Ag proudly supports our Veterans and I would like to take this opportunity to thank our customers and employees that have served our Great Country.  We are full of gratitude and appreciate all your sacrifices, as well as that of your family.

We celebrated October Coop Month with you through all our social media platforms and in case you missed an opportunity, please say “Thank you!” to your friends, neighbors and families involved in Production Ag for helping feed the world. I enjoy reading all the information and facts on "What is a coop?"  What does a coop mean to those of us working at Full Circle Ag?  To me, I have had the opportunity to work in the cooperative system for over 25 years and have seen the benefits Full Circle Ag has working with the larger regional coops such as CFA, CoBank, CHS, and Land O’Lakes.  Whether it’s financing, fuel, or inputs, the products and services we offer are top notch. We are invested in those coops we do business with, just as our members are invested in Full Circle Ag through your business.

Working with the patrons' equity here at the coop, I have had several opportunities to distribute equity retirement checks and those are memories I will always cherish. I asked my co-worker, Joe Gustafson at the agronomy center here in Britton, what working for a coop means to him.  Joe said, “Because our business revolves around the services we provide, we share the same struggles as the grower: weather, field conditions, market trends, etc. We don’t just sit across the desk from you, we sit beside you."

We have been in business for 82 years so if you get a chance, please read the timeline about the company’s history in the About section on the website. As always, if you have any questions on your equity in Full Circle Ag, don’t be afraid to give me a call.
