History of Full Circle Ag

Tammy Satrang
CFO/Credit Manager

If you haven’t had a chance to look through the history of Full Circle Ag on our website, you should take a minute to look it over. It’s very interesting! Kelli Erickson, our marketing director, put together a YouTube video that is a historical timeline with photos from the first 25 years of this great company. We also have an updated timeline on the history page of our site as well. Both the video and the timeline link are included below. It’s worth noting, in the 83 years-to-date of what was originally Farmers Union Coop Association of Marshall Country, there have been only 5 managers. As you know, current CEO, Dave Andresen, has announced his retirement effective September 1st. The board of directors is currently going through the search process.

Full Circle Ag has a history of long-term employees and retired employees that come back to help when needed, which we are so grateful for. We currently employ 105 people and the average employee has been with the company for 12 years. We have several new employees just starting out and several that have been with us for 25 years or more. Each year, we honor those 25-year milestones at our annual meeting. In 2019, we have two employees that will reach 25 years of dedication: Becky Roehr and Russell Wright. The two employees that have been here the longest are James Swanson (51 years) and Larry Swanson (52 years). We are fortunate to have such loyal and dependable workers on our team.

As our customer, you know you are getting to work with Full Circle Ag employees that have a long history and great work ethic.  We are proud of our history and grateful you are a part of what has made this cooperative what it is today. Thank you for your support!
